Total disappointment My sales experience was mediocre, but the nightmare that followed was an unprecedented experience for me. After turning in my lease, paperwork wasn't properly filed and tags weren't turned in by the dealership. Despite numerous calls from myself and now BMW USA on behalf of myself, ORR still can't get things straightened out from their end. This has caused me all sorts of headaches with the state, my insurance company, and my bank as they think I still have a leased vehicle that was turned in over 7 months ago. I drove to Dallas to buy my new BMW. I encourage you to do the same. More

I am the daughter and I was there with my mother to sell the dealership back my father's 3 series pristine car that at the most he had put on several thousand miles in 2 years due to his illness. One of the head salesmen came over and spoke to Mom and gave his condolences. This head salesman and I wish I knew his name but I don't, barely acknowledged that I was there, only speaking to Mom. He had pulled up the car on the computer and printed out paperwork on Dad's car. He said the vehicle had depreciated 8 thousand in 2 years and now the 2007 328 in pristine condition with 63 thousand is worth 9900$. They are ruthless with no conscience, lying to a widow that just lost her husband and treating family badly, SHAME ON THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

I have never witnessed such poor cuostomer service and incompetent people! I sent an email regarding service I needed on my BMW. I never got a response, so I called and spoke with Frank. He said he did did receive an email from me! Very interesting. I explained that I needed someone to meet me with my car at the airport in 2 days, service it, and return my car to airport in a week. He said no one could meet me at airport, so I drive my car to dealership which was 45 minutes out of my way. I reminded Frank that I needed my car returned to airport in one week. The day before I was to arrive back at airport, I called Frank and reminded him of time and place. To my surprise, no one was at airport with my car when I arrived. I phoned the dealership and witnessed again poor customer service. He forgot to send someone with my car! I waited 40 minutes, and my car was finally delivered. More
Wheel and tire package. In 2012 I purchased a new 2012 BMW from Orr BMW in Shreveport. When finishing everything up in 2012 the sales manager talked me into a wheel and tire warranty package. I almost never buy these things but my fife had had a lot of problems with flats in the past 2 years so I went for it. Paid $1600 for it and was under the impression that it was a BMW warranty. I later found out this is kinda high for a wheel and tire warranty most run between $900 and $1200. I had two ties replaced in 2013 no hassle at all. We moved to Tampa Fl in March 2014 and got our 1st flat here this July. This turned into a bit of a hassle. Turns out the dealership didn’t sell me a BMW tire plan but their own plan and since I’m not at their dealership it’s turning into a hassle getting it taken care of. Have to pre pay for the tire and file a claim, which if you don’t get preauthorization from them they will not pay regardless and then it’s a 30-day wait for refund that may deny for whatever reason they decide. This could prove to be really bad if you blow a tire in the middle of nowhere on a Saturday evening. I specifically remember setting in the sales mans office asking about 20 questions pertaining to this warranty because I was hesitant to get it and he reassured me over and over that it was 100% HASSLE FREE COVERAGE ANYTIME ANY WHERE. No cost out of my pocket. Regardless my word of advice is if you decide on a wheel & Tire warranty, make sure its BMW’s and make sure you read it. More
I have had my 1 year old BMW servised twice. The first time my ar came balck with blaqck oil on both front floormats. The 2nd time which was 1 year servise, the man that delivered it was eating McDonalds time my ar came balck with blaqck oil on both front floormats. The 2nd time which was 1 year servise, the man that delivered it was eating McDonalds in my car- which I detest that smell!!! Also, I had asked for car to be cleaned inside and out bercaue I was leaving town the next day. Nothing was even touched on the inside and trunk which I specifically pointed out to service manager. I will NEVER buy another car from this place! More
