Once again, Orleans Ford had a huge selection of new and pre owned vehicles for me to choose from. This was a totally online purchase due to our present health crisis and I contacted Mike Narburgh of Orleans and received a prompt response to my questions Mike and Cory Rising both contacted me and gave me information on a new vehicle and an identical used vehicle. Mr. Narburgh provided clearly understandable paper quotes and was able to demonstrate compromise for my personal financial situation. We did not feel any pressure to act quickly and he gave us all the specific information about the vehicle we needed to make a final decision. I do not want to forget to mention the assistance of Joni Watts, the Orleans Financial Manager for explaining the financial obligations in easily understandable terms. This is the second vehicle we have purchased at Orleans Ford and we will always look their direction first in the future. By the way, we are excited to be new owners of a 2019 Ford Edge ST. I wish we could be driving more at this time.
