I purchased a 2018 F150 with under 30,000 miles. The truck was sold as a hot deal in reality this was auction vehicle average condition, after dealers detailing wore off ( the parts they did) paint is i truck was sold as a hot deal in reality this was auction vehicle average condition, after dealers detailing wore off ( the parts they did) paint is in poor shape, engine is now knocking. The sales staff also wasn’t very knowledgeable about the vehicle I had to learn most from the manual. I’m glad I bought the extended warranty as it looks like I will use it a lot. Just a shame as this is my first ford vehicle. So a warning if you do business with orleans ford, do you own research on the vehicle and look over used vehicles with a fine tooth comb. More

We were extremely happy with everyone we came in contact with. Our only negative was that we didn’t feel the car was detailed. Rubber on passenger door not adheared, door jams dirty and the white paper shee with. Our only negative was that we didn’t feel the car was detailed.
