The best Truck Buying Experience EVER! Orleans Ford... This, is going to sound like I work for Ford... I DONT! Orleans Ford...Worth the Drive... If you are in the market for a new Ford, Orleans Ford... This, is going to sound like I work for Ford... I DONT! Orleans Ford...Worth the Drive... If you are in the market for a new Ford, stop looking and go/call/browse their web site... They have the best price, I looked for 12 months... They were very nice to deal with...The salesman 'Nick' was wonderful, and when I was in their building...I noticed all the guys seemed nice... Nice car salesmen? Yes that seems like an 'Oxymoron'... The manager we dealt with, 'Adam' he was also very personable/pleasant and very wanting to please us, not just closer of the deal. So....We just leased a new 2017 F150 Supercrew V8 from Orleans Ford... We couldn't be happier... This truck, has it all, and is perfect for us... The internet sales at Orleans was the easiest way I have ever bought... Go look at their web site...we did all the 'leg work before we got there... Time at Orleans went fast and we were out and on the way in a flash... Oh and BTW... I never rate or recommend any services at any web site... If you didn't like the product I recommend I would feel bad. So I never "Tell A Friend" However, I make an exception here... I am so very confident you too will get a great deal, on exactly the car or truck you are looking for I must tell you. So....If you are going to get a Ford anyway... Get it at Orleans Ford... You will be as happy as I am! Steve Brooks More
False Advertising Run as far away from this Dealership as you can. They Falsely advertised the price of a F-150 and the Mgr/Owner was the most rude " Used Car Sales Gu Run as far away from this Dealership as you can. They Falsely advertised the price of a F-150 and the Mgr/Owner was the most rude " Used Car Sales Guy" I have ever met - I have 51 years of buying over 40+ cars in my lifetime and I would never ever think of buying a car from these people again. They are the classis " Bait / Switch" and don't even take the time to ask you your name. Go to someone like West Herr Ford where I can buy a 2017 Raptor for under sticker... What a Rip Off these people are. HORRIBLE More

Look No Further Just when I thought that a major new car dealership with a small-town feel was a thing of the past, Orleans Ford proved me wrong. And, I assure you, I Just when I thought that a major new car dealership with a small-town feel was a thing of the past, Orleans Ford proved me wrong. And, I assure you, I am not in any way associated with this dealership, and I rarely comment (especially online about services received), but in this case I had to. IF you are looking for a new Ford and are trying to find a good honest dealership with no-BS / hassle-pressure, you need to stop looking and go here. My elderly mother who is difficult to say the least when it comes to parting with “her brass” as they would say in England her home country, and takes decades to make a decision, came up from NJ this weekend-for me to help her purchase a new small-SUV. I only went to Orleans Ford to see how they compared to the “major” dealers in Rochester. They don’t even compare. They are better in all respects. Prices are less, and in our case 3-4K less…selection is better, (If you don’t see what you want, they will get it) and again, no super slick “what do I have to do to get you in this car today” sales routine. The Salesman Tom was awesome. Patience of a saint. We tried numerous vehicles over 3 days, picked his brain, and in my mother’s case, tested him to the limit. He wasn’t just after a sale; he really was concerned that my mom was happy with her choice too. Not once did he even show hint of frustration or try to sell her something more expensive that she didn’t need. When she finally chose “THE” vehicle (a gorgeous Ford Escape Titanium with sunroof, her color, power everything and Turbo engine for thousands less than competitors) He took care of contacting her Insurance, got the intrastate paperwork taken care of all necessary documents as fast as possible. He is trustworthy, honest, pleasant, and professional, has a great sense of humor, and is very product knowledgeable. When my SAAB eventually shakes off its mortal coil I’m calling Tom at Orleans Ford and see if he can hook me up with a new family sedan. PS: I’ve also told my in-laws to give him a call. More

Dishonest Dealership - TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE I had a terrible experience with Orleans Ford. They were dishonest and unprofessional. I can not believe they are still in business. I spoke to Kevin I had a terrible experience with Orleans Ford. They were dishonest and unprofessional. I can not believe they are still in business. I spoke to Kevin at the end of December to haggle a price for a 2014 Ford Fiesta. We came to an agreement a few weeks later. I drove 7 hours from the Philadelphia area to pick up the car which Kevin was aware of. When we arrived at the dealership, we were greeted by Kevin and the Customer Service lady. She began to go over the warranties. Kevin got the car and we did a walk around. There were small scratches all over the car and an area that was badly patched on the back. My dad who lives in the area was displeased that they did not even detail the car. We then went for a test drive. The very first thing we noticed was a couple large scrapes on the side of the interior passenger door. The air vent also had deep scrapes and had popped out. The leather seat‘s stitching was coming undone too. We arrived back at the dealership very disappointment about the dishonesty of Kevin and Orleans Ford. There was no indication in the pictures or description online of the damage. I also went online to view the pictures again. The pictures were taken at angles were the damage could not be seen. There also was not a picture of the door that had damage. Kevin claimed to not have known about the damage and just continued to apologize. We told him that this was unacceptable. He continued to apologize that it was his mistake and not the dealerships. He was basically trying to cover for the dealership‘s reputation even though the photographs prove the dishonesty began with them. He offered to purchase the parts and mail them to me in order for ME to make the repairs! I told him that they can replace them or pay for a dealership near me to replace them. I then asked for a quote for the parts and labor. The repair team said it would cost a couple thousand dollars and they would not make the repairs. Obviously, we walked away from the car due to the dishonest and disrespect. I have NEVER dealt with a dealership that does not care about their customers. The dealership is extremely dishonest. DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP. Their prices are the lowest in the country for a reason. More
Used Dodge Ram I bought a used 2011 Dodge Ram, exactly what I was looking for and competitively priced. I have bought 4 other used vehicles from dealerships in the p I bought a used 2011 Dodge Ram, exactly what I was looking for and competitively priced. I have bought 4 other used vehicles from dealerships in the past and dealt with the normal hassle as most people have, but the salesman Kevin was by far the most helpful and always available for questions and solutions. The biggest fear when buying a used car is the vehicle not living up to its standard as the day it was test drove. For me the RAM drove better than a 2011 with 80,000 miles so I put in an offer and with minimal hassle I had bought a used vehicle at a competitive apr. Less than 2 weeks after purchase I had a drive belt squeaking and my breaks squealing worse than nails on a chalk board. Fortunately I gave Kevin a call and he set up and Appt and loner vehicle to meet my needs (don't forget to fill up the gas tank on the loner car even if they do not tell you to as you WILL be told to fill it up upon bringing the vehicle back in) Anyway I was called upon completion by John in the service dept he stated the drive belt and brakes were replaced "no more squeaking". One day later the brakes were squeaking louder than ever, along with a knocking sound coming from the brake area. Gave Kevin a call again and he set me up with another apt and loner car. This time I was told the brakes were replaced...again...surprise...and a new caliber was installed to remedy the knocking from the bad piston in the caliper. Hopefully now they are repaired correctly. Here's the thing Service Dept at Orleans Ford, not all people are incapable of checking work performed on a vehicle. The first time you said you replaced the brakes I brought the vehicle home, pulled off the front tires and looked at both calpers and brake pads, as they were clearly not replaced. I'm guessing this is the reason why you could not provide me with a receipt for the work done. So you lied to me...somewhat expected to just put a Band-Aid on it until I just went away, my main problem is the amount of time that you took away from my work and family when things could have been done right the first time. I would like to say that overall the people and experience was good, but did not appreciate the feeling of being taken advantage of. Upon completion of the second repair I asked about a receipt again, silly me for wanting a receipt for the supposed work done as clearly it wasn't the first time. I was told a receipt would be mailed to me??that's a first...So now as I have left work early twice and missed dinner with my family twice and I am still unsure if my vehicle is repaired properly and have no proof that it was repaired at all. Great experience before the repairs, but unfortunately horrible after that. More
