He showed us a few extended cab trucks in the price range I gave him. We didn't really see anything that excited us, but he did give us some ideas and was willing to look around to find something we wanted. Rich is a very friendly, personable and likeable guy. We went home, rechecked the inventory on the web page and found an extended cab truck I liked. When we went back, that truck was still at the dealership. It had everything I wanted, drove well and a gorgeous red color. It sold itself. I've had the truck home less than a week, and so far, so good. I enjoy it! More

My experience with Orleans went as follows: Found car online meeting my requirements, contacted Stephanie Provenzano, Business Development Manager, who confirmed the high level details of the vehicle. She the connected me with Dominic Decarlo, Sales Representative, who shared all the details of the car including providing me with a YouTube video of the interior and exterior. Once I decided to move forward with the purchase, I was connected with Rich Lombardi to finalize the transaction. Purchasing a car sight unseen is a leap of faith, but I can tell you everything was EXACTLY as was shared with me. The vehicle was exactly as described, the costs were exactly as describe and the amount for my trade was exactly as described.
