False claims ? I purchased a 2013 corvette from this dealership. As I was from out of town I asked a lot of questions regarding the car, and was assured in writing t I purchased a 2013 corvette from this dealership. As I was from out of town I asked a lot of questions regarding the car, and was assured in writing that the car came with 4 brand new tires. Also the car was advertised as coming with 4 brand new tires. The day I picked up the car it was on the back gravel lot so it was impossible to crawl under the car to see the tread on the car . I offered 2000.00 less for this car but the Sales manager told me verbally that he had just installed 4 brand new tires so we agreed on a price. I now take the car to the garage to get certified am told that the car not only had 4 tires manufactured in 2012, they also are not certifiable. Further the left front rim is bent. I called the dealer to ask that they do the right thing and rectify this and they refused. they said it was a mistake (in writing) about the 4 new tires. After I pointed out the advertisement and the emails from the Sales Manager they made me a low ball offer .I have now turned this over to a lawyer to seek remedies. More

Another great experience This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Orleans Ford in the last three years. They are an hour drive from us but two bad experiences with a This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Orleans Ford in the last three years. They are an hour drive from us but two bad experiences with a local Ford dealer close to us three years ago sent us on a search for a dealer who understood what customer service is. The first time we went here was to purchase a used truck. We were treated so well and the salesman at the time was attentive to our needs and was able to put us in the right vehicle at the time. This time we went looking for a new truck and we are happy to say three years later that this dealer is outstanding. I had called the day before to ask some questions and the sales manager provided the information I needed. He told me to ask for him when I arrived Saturday and he would put me in touch with the right salesman to assist me. We arrived around 10am and they were very busy. Even though they were busy we were greeted as soon as we walked in and told that the sales manager would be with us shortly. Within a couple minutes he came over and said Rich would be the person that would take care of us because we were interested in leasing. Within a couple minutes Rich came over and introduced himself and said he was finishing up with another customer and would be with us soon. He offered us coffee and found us a place to sit. As I said, they were very busy. Soon we were sitting by his desk reviewing our options for which truck we were looking for and what lease we would want. Within a half hour we had decided what we needed and test drove the vehicle. Then we were introduced to Adam financial office who promptly took care of all the paperwork. Rich explained they had sold a lot of vehicles but that if we were willing to wait a few hours the truck could be ready to drive home that day. We went to lunch and ran some errands and shortly there after drove our new truck home. We are pleased with the truck and the experience that Orleans Ford provided once again. An outstanding dealership with outstanding people. After I purchased my first vehicle there I have recommended them to a few people. My brother has purchased 3 new trucks there and been very satisfies. More
