Right as I walked into the building Michael was already standing at the door ready to great me. I noticed him walking into the building as I pulled up. This showed me that Michael put what he was doing to the side to make sure I was taken care of. At no point did I ever feel any kind of pressure from Michael, this made my purchase really enjoyable for me allowing me to stay stress free and in control of my decisions. Michael stayed with me and reviewed the inventory they had with me taking notes while helping guide me to my purchase. I really appreciated that because it allowed me to take my time and make the purchase I wanted to and be excited about it. Through the years of buying cars I have never dealt with a more professional car sales man. If you are in the market for a vehicle I highly suggest going to Orleans Ford and requesting Michael. He will take care of you. I walked in around 2 or 3pm and walked out around 8:30pm, point being he gave me all of his attention during that time instead of trying to rush me and grab the next sale. BUYER BEWARE DISHONEST CAR DEALERSHIP IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO I WOULD. I WAS SOLD A FORD EDGE 2011 THAT THEY FAILED TO DISCLOSE IT HAD BEEN CRASHED. THEY KNEW I WAS MOVING OUT OF STATE SO T IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO I WOULD. I WAS SOLD A FORD EDGE 2011 THAT THEY FAILED TO DISCLOSE IT HAD BEEN CRASHED. THEY KNEW I WAS MOVING OUT OF STATE SO THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF ME AND SOLD ME A LEMON. THEY PICKED ME UP FROM HOME TO HAVE ME PICK UP THE CAR AFTER THEY KEPT CALLING ME TO SEAL THE DEAL BECAUSE THEY WANTED TO CLOSE THE BOOKS THAT MONTH. THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN A RED FLAG BUT I NEVER IMAGINED THEY COULD BE SO CORRUPT TO SELL YOU A DIFFERENT VEHICLE FROM THE ONE YOU LOOKED AT. THEY SWITCHED IT UP AND SOLD ME A SALVAGED ONE. I REALIZED A MONTH LATER WHEN THE DOOR LOCK STARTED TO FAIL. AT THAT TIME I WAS INFORMED IT HAD BEEN CRASHED. HOW DEVASTATING. WHEN I ARRIVED TO PICK UP THE CAR, THE LOAN HAD BEEN PUT THRU WITHOUT MY PRIOR CONSENT.
