Above and beyond good service My husband and I were impressed with Nick Hermann"s prompt replies to our inquiries about a used car at the dealership and the ease with which we coul My husband and I were impressed with Nick Hermann"s prompt replies to our inquiries about a used car at the dealership and the ease with which we could conclude the deal even though we live two hours away. But I was most impressed by Orleans Ford's handling of the oil leak that was discovered two weeks later when my local mechanic looked at my new car. I called the dealership repair shop and at 8 am the next morning they picked up the car and left me a loaner. My car was back at my house by 8 am the following morning - a Saturday! - repaired under the sales warranty with no charge. When I told them how surprised I was, their answer was "We sold you the car and we stand behind it - even two hours way." I love my new car, sold to me at a very fair price, by a dealership with integrity. More

For the last 25 years, I have only bought vehicles within a 15 mile radius of where I live. I had spent the last month looking at inventories online from dealerships all over Upstate New York and couldn't believe the quantity and quality of new and used vehicles for the make and model I wanted. (Ford Expedition EL/Max). As soon as I walked in to Orleans Ford, Michael Narburgh welcomed me. He has been working at Orleans Ford for over 2 years and is extremely courteous and professional. After the test drive, Michael looked at all the available options and rebates and incentives and put together an offer, with the sales manager- Cory Rising- that was significantly less than I could find anywhere else. He worked closely with the Dave Pignato, the Used Car Manager to get the trade-in value I needed to make the purchase work, and then the Eric Justin provided an option for an affordable 150,000 mile bumper-bumper warranty. Adam Wallace did a great job helping me understand all of the paperwork involved, and Michael was extremely patient and very knowledgeable in showing me how to use all of the technology built into the 2018 Expedition. My only regret is that I haven't bought my previous Expeditions and Excursions from Orleans Ford. More
