He spent a great deal of time carefully explaining everything about the vehicle we chose and all that was involved in the purchase. Everything was carried out as expected. The finance specialist Eric was also detailed and friendly. The owner even introduced himself to us and spent time reviewing things. All the staff appeared friendly and approachable. Everyone from staff to customers were at ease and cheerful. The dealership is 40 miles from my home, but I would drive it anytime because they are so pleasant to work with. There was NO pressure. Eric, the finance manager helped streamline the sale. He asked about an extended warranty, and ended the conversation as soon as i told him that i wasn't interested. There was NO back and forth, and NO pressure. Hands down the best sales experience i have had. The only question remaining is how well the truck holds up.. Time will tell. From a dealership standpoint, i would highly recommend them. More
