Our most recent purchase was 10/5/19, and Michael N. stuck with from when we first told him we were interested in another purchase from Orleans until he found us the perfect car for our needs. It wasn't easy, as we were looking for very specific parameters, and Michael stayed in touch with us until he crafted a deal we couldn't refuse. We originally came to Orleans for the excellent prices--we live over an hour away, east of Rochester, but the pricing was far and away the best in the area and online. There wasn't a comparable car within 2,000-3,000 dollars of the one we ended up with, and the ones that were close all had at least 10,000 more miles on them--to start. Michael N. is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, and the whole process took less than hour. Michael also walked us through the temporary insurance process so that we only had to make one trip out to buy and take possession of our new Escape. We hope we won't need to come back for the foreseeable future, but if we need a new or used car Orleans will be our first, and probably last, stop. We will definitely request to work with Michael Narburgh. Orleans and Michael N. highly recommended! More
