I came across an SUV at this dealer that was very aggressively priced with extremely low mileage and I reached out, I asked some questions and asked if the sales person could take a look at the car and let me know about any minor scratches or dents but we’re not visible in the picture and he proceeded to take a video and send additional pictures of any imperfections. There were very few and I confirmed that I would come get the SUV. They do not really negotiate price that much, stated that they do significant market research to make sure that their prices are competitive. My only negative comment would be that when I pick the truck up they must’ve sprayed something on it to try to make it smell good but it made it smell worse, outside of that they changed all the brakes and the rotors the morning that I was picking up even put a brand new battery in because they noticed that it was the original one from four years ago.
