I purchased a 2016 F-150 I saw advertised on the internet by Orleans Ford. I had been looking for a truck with a particular set of options and history. This one had everything I was looking for. I began working with a sales rep (Mike) and he helped me with everything I needed to complete my review and inspection. He went through the truck with me over the phone and videod everything I wanted to see and review. Coordinating with him to fly up and pick up the truck was simple and easy, and they even picked me up at the airport. When I arrived I was able to go through the truck and confirm everything was as advertised, and two hours after I arrived, I was driving home. Dealership support has been great. The price was super competitive. I never thought I would buy a vehicle over the internet. Call me a believer! More
