I made the mistake of taking my TDI Jetta to Tire Kingdom for service, what a mistake! They messed up the service and now my car leaks oil and vibrates.Rob my service advisor and Scott the service manager to for service, what a mistake! Overall experience with David Maus was terrible. Their commercials state that they never lose business over price. However, in negotiating on a vehicle, they would not budge on a price of $160. I finally agreed to purchase the vehicle after a call from the General Manager, Jim and told that i would be at the dealership to pick up the vehicle in a few days and Jim agreed to put it on hold and have the vehicle ready. A day before, i got a call from the sales person stating that the vehicle had been sold by someone else. Apparently, Service took the sold sign off (not sure what the truh is) After a series of calls, the sales persons told me they would be working on finding me a similar vehicle and assured me there would be no additional discussions about price. At this point, communication from David Maus was a little diminished and I had to call for updates. After a few rounds, i was told they found another vehicle for me and had 11K miles mores and would give it to me for $200 cheaper. I declined. Then i was told they found another vehicle but after they ran it through the shop and did the certification, it would cost a bit more. I have to say that I felt no level of urgency from the dealers part to make amends despite my continously calling them to see I could get another vehicle. Needless to say, i went to another dealership and purchased a vehicle and paid a bit extra for the quicker service i received. However, i will say that the initial sales people were very friendly. That however was negated by the overall terrible experience at David Maus VW South. More
Where to start, probably the same question the service employees were asking themselves when they saw my wife walk in. They started with an oil change that cost $130 with a $25 tire rotation. They were kind enough to offer a "free" $15 inspection that found $2000 in parts that needed to be replaced. They had plenty of time to do this, because it took over two hours to complete an oil change, WITH an appointment. David Maus is not a family of dealerships I will or plan on ever doing business with again. More

Most definitely I will be stopping in to David Moss Volkswagon if I ver need a part again. Parts Dept over nighted my merchandise which allowed my family to continue our vacation. I went there for too many problems with my 2012 vw cc ,and I had a very bad experience especially with the parts manager named hinch who refused to help period, my car is 16 months old only, the batterie ,and I had a very bad experience especially with the parts manager named hinch who refused to help period, my car is 16 months old only, the batterie has a problems and it should be replaced and he was insisting to charge me for it because I have a couple miles extra than 24000 miles warranty I explained to him that this batterie should last more than this and it s a batterie defect and I should not be responsible for it but still all he is telling me is that he can not do anything about it, very disappointed about my 34000 dollars car very disappointed for the nasty service I had with David maus vw south this is my 4 th time going for the service with theme and I will just stop doing it, I will never visit theme ,never recommend theme, all they care about is your pocket, I will soon trade my vw and i will never purchase this crabby car again, I don't recommend David maus vw dealer cheap for service at all... I brought my new vw in for a few issues, minor, service rep says we are about to close I asked if he wanted me to come back or can u take a look now he took it into service, brought it back, says your al rep says we are about to close I asked if he wanted me to come back or can u take a look now he took it into service, brought it back, says your already to go! did not give any paperwork or say what they did I drive out and not even a mile, the issue is still there! they did not do anything adviser also said he would call me back after referring to his servce manager about another issue. never called I am surprised David Maus would employ or permit such lazy attitudes in the service dept. I will have my service and warranty work done at another dealership... what ever the drive may be STAY AWAY from this hole! More

I went to the dealer late is was maybe 20 munites till close. I got approche by a saleman.He showed me a few jettas, we drove 2 of them. By then it was afer hour. I am sorry for keeping them there late, However they went above my expectation.Now I know where to buy and send my friends and familly.
