Orlando VW South responded

Dear Customer, I understand that on your first visit, after having replaced a marker bulb, you came to us and told us we had scratched your vehicle during service. We pulled your file and went over the walk-around inspection sheet, but it did not indicate a scratch in the paint on your driver door, only multiple dents and dings on both sides of your vehicle. During your second visit to have the scratches repaired (16 days later, not four weeks later), we created another repair order and documented all damaged on the walk-around sheet. When you came to pick up your vehicle you told Ken we put a dent in the driver door. We looked at the walk-around inspection sheet together, which did indicate a dent. We accepted liability for an 1/8 in. scratch on your door and repaired it. When we spoke you never indicated you were unhappy with the repair, but you said was we put a new dent in the driver door. Now you're saying there are two new dents. We gladly take full responsibility for any dents or scratches we may accidentally cause while your vehicle is in service. However, we cannot claim responsibility for these. We're very sorry to hear your feel this way toward our dealership, but do not appreciate these accusations.
