I went in looking for a very specific model of VW that I wanted. This dealership really went out of thier way to try and find the model / options we wanted, but were unable to. (There was one in the 9 sta wanted. This dealership really went out of thier way to try and find the model / options we wanted, but were unable to. (There was one in the 9 state region but was not in the color we wanted.) Instead they worked with us, as difficult as we were, and got us into a great new Golf GTi Autobahn. The team was fantastic, professional and not pressuring in any way. We love our new car and will be very happy to do business with them for the life of this one and our future VWs. More

I went to this dealership today to sell my 2008 VW Jetta. My transaction was handled by a young man (unfortunately I don't remember his name, however, my issue was elevated to the used sales manager, Jason A My transaction was handled by a young man (unfortunately I don't remember his name, however, my issue was elevated to the used sales manager, Jason Acker) who has forever tarnished my image of not only David Maus VW but of the entire brand. I simply went in to get an idea of how much I could expect to get for the vehicle. He informed me of the amount and I simply said, "no thank you" and proceeded to leave. He then began to stall my departure by asking me why I didn't want to sell my car to which I answered that I thought the offer was too low but that it was ok. That was not enough, he kept insisting yet at the same time telling me he would not "give me a penny more!" I did not ask him to give me a penny more! All I wanted to do was leave, however, he was personally offended and treated me terribly. I have been a customer of DM VW for years..buying my car there and taking it for the required maintenance. I think the people in the service department are great but unfortunately, this is not the same in the used sales department. After speaking to the manager, (this Jason Acker) he could have cared less about my concern. Very unprofessional and very contrary to the picture this dealership paints when it comes to customer service. The latter applies only if they get their way! More

I went into David Maus VW to look at the new Passat not really ready to buy just yet! I met a salesman who was kind enough to work with me knowing that I was NOT going to buy just yet! I LOVED them both! Hadi was my salesman and he was WONDERFUL! He was not forceful and acted as if I knew him for a long time which made me comfortable and made my experience a GREAT one! I would recommend Hadi and the David Maus team to everyone I know. What sold me on this car was the fact you get great warranties on the vw cars and free service from the team for a long time.
