The night we took delivery Chris walked us around the car, discussed specific features and made sure we were comfortable before he let us drive at home. I had a very pleasant and professionally managed few hours at the dealership buying my new ID4. The weather was pretty bad that day with rain, rain and more rain but by concierge Chris managed everythin hours at the dealership buying my new ID4. I bought a 2016 Jetta a month ago. Within two weeks we were having problems with the car. I took it to a reputable mechanic who said it was a simple fix, paid $69 and it has been running great! They lost a customer for a $69 fix! Stupid them! More
