I just leased my Infiniti G37 Coupe from Orlando Infiniti over the internet and the experience was fantastic! I requested a quote and Brian the internet manager responded personally. He gave me a fair pric over the internet and the experience was fantastic! I requested a quote and Brian the internet manager responded personally. He gave me a fair price right from the start on the exact car I wanted. All the paperwork was ready when I came in to get my car. Earl the finance guy explained everything and didn't pressure me to buy any of the "extras." They assigned Joel go over the car with me and explain all the features. He even helped me set up my bluetooth phone which I really appreciated. Everyone at the dealer was very pleasant and nice. They even offered me something to drink and soon as I walked in. You could really tell that the people enjoy working there and they truly want you to feel comfortable. Thank you to everyone at Orlando Infiniti! I love my G37 and really appreciated the way everything was handled! You are what you say you are "Professional." More

They will nickel and dime you to death, gave me terrible offer for my trade in. Also made an $11 mistake on charging for my registration, which they told me they would take care of, then withheld my plate offer for my trade in. Also made an $11 mistake on charging for my registration, which they told me they would take care of, then withheld my plate when it came in until I paid the $11, had to drive with expired temporary tag. They didn't even notify me that my plate had come in and that it was being held for that reason, had to call inquiring about the status of my plate to find out. Shop at a different dealership if possible. More
