Recall and service I recently bought a q50. When I bought the car I knew it had a recall for a sensor on the passenger side airbag. after having the vehicle a few weeks I recently bought a q50. When I bought the car I knew it had a recall for a sensor on the passenger side airbag. after having the vehicle a few weeks i noticed there was some water coming after it rained. I took it to infinity not knowing what to expect. My service manager Robert was awesome explaining everything that was going to get done. He worked diligently with the service techs to let them know what the issues were. They were able to find the leak and fixed a few other things while they were at it. I will definitely use infinity for service in the future. More

Replace Air Bag I came in for replacement of air bag it was a recall. When first dropping off the car not very informative. He also helped me with getting quotes for new tires and work that needs to be done to my vehicle but told me when it needs to be done not at this time. It was very helpful.
