I came from Miami on a whim, interested in a very particular trim and model. Orlando Infiniti only had 1 vehicle in stock with these specific parameters, and just like Joel had promised, I would be walking out with it. "If you're in the market for a car, we make sure you leave with one" he said, and boy was he absolutely right. Where to begin, first of all I thought I had been going to the best Infiniti in Florida where I used to purchase in Miami, wow I was wrong. Not only is the showroom beautiful and state of the art just like the service bay, the level of service at this dealership is just unheard of. Before even arriving to the dealership, they assured me the car will be out when I get there and valet will leave it up-front for me. They cater to every aspect of the process, not only was Joel the MOST TRANSPARENT of any dealership I have ever worked with, they were totally forth-coming in the process, and the honesty was off the charts. I was just stunned at how eager I was to sign, I was so happy and in such a great mood, I normally have a miserable experience in my 10+ years of car buying, Such an eye opening experience. I mean usually it's the salesman and me Vs. the finance manager but in this case Gabriel the finance manager at Orlando Infiniti was also on my side, calling IFS pleading my case to them and doing anything in his power to pull the absolute best deal he could. GUYS YOU DID THE IMPOSSIBLE, YOU MADE ME FEEL GOOD ABOUT MY PURCHASE AND MADE ME FEEL GOOD DURING THE BUYING PROCESS. NO SMOKE AND MIRRORS, THEY ARE THE REAL DEAL!
