For any reader of this review, Don't believe everything you read. We would ask you to look at all review sites regarding our company in order to form a more balanced view. In the meantime, here are the bullet points on this case. We received an sales inquiry lead at 11:51 AM from this individual dated 28, May 2019. The lead was assigned to our senior sales consultant Goran. At 12:01 PM. The sales consultant was only able to communicate with the customer via text, and email. A text conversation ensued. (All texts have been retained and are on file). At 3:20 PM the sales consultant emailed the first written proposal............................ This proposal did not receive customer approval. Another round of text messages took place which facilitated a second proposal being sent to the customer. This proposal was not approved by the customer either.. That final proposal was sent via email under the subject heading of, Orlando Infiniti Best and Final offer. Both proposals were in writing. Neither one was approved by the customer, which is in direct conflict with the customer's assertion that he had agreed to a deal in writing with a buyers order. He had not. Both proposals were clear, concise and without ambiguity. The customer has posted this same review on other social media and consumer sites suggesting that he is no stranger to this type of behavior. We are not in the habit of succumbing to these sorts of tactics. Shame, shame.

You received two proposals in writing. There was no ambiguity, no falsehoods, no attempt to deceive as you suggest in your reviews. You did not sign either of them. That is a fact. You need to take responsibility for your actions as well and stop blaming other people singularly. Kindly remove all of these negative reviews and let us part ways as gentlemen. None of this is necessary.

Dear Sir, your June 4 updated complaint appears to be missing a critical piece of information. To better assist potential readers, allow us to reinstate the statement. And I quote," On May 28, 2019, I agreed to a deal on a new Infiniti lease(in writing with buyers order) with one of their salespeople. There were two proposals, (buyers orders) created and sent to you. As we have already stated, neither one was approved by you. Perhaps you have the the signed buyers order that you are referring too? It would be interesting if you did because our system shows that only two were created and both of them were sent to you via email. Both buyers orders were detailed and clear in their outline. Again, we have no record of you approving either one. We are aware of the other complaints that you have lodged with other agencies and we will deal with them accordingly, or you can make all of this stop now. That is entirely up to you. At this time we will post this privately in the hopes that common sense prevails.

You've asked we "...part ways as gentleman." That statement is ironic considering your unnecessarily malicious and inflammatory response. I kept my review factual and professional. You included the following personal attacks in your review "Don't believe everything you read" "...he is no stranger to this type of behavior. We are not in the habit of succumbing to these sorts of tactics. Shame, shame." I did not attack your character personally and that is uncalled for. I've updated my review to further reflect the facts and clarify any ambiguities you inappropriately attempted to exploit in your response. We will certainly part ways at this point, but considering your response, please be advised that complaints have now been submitted to several local and state government agencies regarding the actions of your dealership. You may be done with me, but you'll now have to explain the situation to them. Also, we are now the happy owners of a 2019.5 QX60 purchased from a dealer we had a far more pleasant experience with.

Fact: There were two proposals, (buyers orders) created and sent to you via e-mail. As already stated, neither one had been approved by you. Perhaps you have a copy of this signed buyers order? It would be interesting if you did because our achieves reveal that only two were created and both sent to you via email. Two more days have passed. The date is now 6/6/2019 and yet there is still no sign of the aforementioned signed buyers order from you.
