Orlando Infiniti exceeded my expectations with outstanding customer service. I love that when I entered the dealership I wasn’t hounded with greedy pressuring salesman, there was a young lady at t outstanding customer service. I love that when I entered the dealership I wasn’t hounded with greedy pressuring salesman, there was a young lady at the receptionist desk who instantly greeted me with such a beautiful smile and grace she offered to find me assistance or the chance to look around solo which I choose. After looking around outside for a few minutes I gathered my options I and then proceeded back inside. The receptionist called for a salesman and Goskel Sabin immediately won me over with his kindness. Goskel understood exactly what I needed, he has excellent listening and comprehension skills. Goskel was able to get me in my vehicle in no time with also reassuring me certain details were finalized that I needed. This vehicle is the start of a new beginning and I’m thrilled that I choose Orlando Infiniti to be apart of the process.
