Recall and service I recently bought a q50. When I bought the car I knew it had a recall for a sensor on the passenger side airbag. after having the vehicle a few weeks I recently bought a q50. When I bought the car I knew it had a recall for a sensor on the passenger side airbag. after having the vehicle a few weeks i noticed there was some water coming after it rained. I took it to infinity not knowing what to expect. My service manager Robert was awesome explaining everything that was going to get done. He worked diligently with the service techs to let them know what the issues were. They were able to find the leak and fixed a few other things while they were at it. I will definitely use infinity for service in the future. More
Replace Air Bag I came in for replacement of air bag it was a recall. When first dropping off the car not very informative. When I got to the information who helped i I came in for replacement of air bag it was a recall. When first dropping off the car not very informative. When I got to the information who helped inform me of what was going on with my vehicle was very helpful and kept me informed. He also helped me with getting quotes for new tires and work that needs to be done to my vehicle but told me when it needs to be done not at this time. It was very helpful. I will be coming back for more service help. More
Quick and relaxed experience! I was in and out in a timely manner. Had to bring my kids who enjoyed the snack area, so they felt special. Sara was so pleasant and informative. He had a good understanding of my vehicle and provided me with information that could possibly help in prolonging the life of my vehicle's new battery. More

I have had the best service experience EVERY time I take my car to Orlando INFINITI--mainly because of Sara. One reason I keep buying INFINITI cars because I know the service here with her will always be first class. There have been times when I have had a larger expense/issue than I expected but it's handled professionally by them. I always get a loaner if needed. The service bay is pristine and the waiting area has complementary wifi/drinks/snacks. It would be a big loss to many customers if Sara ever leaves this dealership. More

HOWEVER, the owner of Orlando Infiniti personally called me to hear about my experience and really listened to me. He was lovely, kind and thoughtful in his approach. I am incredibly impressed by him and the way he views his business. I may consider buying another Infiniti because of this one phone call. Service, kindness and listening goes a long way and that's what separates luxury buying from other types of purchases. I'm not quite to a five star rating yet but hopefully with time I will be changing this review to five stars. I would very much like that to happen. Additionally, Pedro and Ron in the service department are total sweethearts and have always gone out of their way to make me feel special. More
