Alex did a wonderful job with getting my car all fixed up. I ended up needing an entire transmission replaced and they got me set up with a loaner car while mine was being fixed. I ended up having to come back for something to be tightened, but they got right on it and even got me a Lyft so I wasn’t late for work. The customer service was great! And waiting area was nice and clean! More

Service Department Going Downhill Very disappointed in my last visit for service. Personalized care is gone. No more warm welcomes and smiling faces (not that you would be able to se Very disappointed in my last visit for service. Personalized care is gone. No more warm welcomes and smiling faces (not that you would be able to see them with masks, but you can tell by tone of voice and manner). Difficult to speak to a consultant in person...mostly texting that is sporadic. Questions were left unanswered. It took 2 days for my call to the manager to be returned. Other than masks being worn by employees, there was no evidence that care was taken in my car to minimize virus exposure. No steering wheel protection and no note or anything showing me that my car was disinfected before pickup. Instead of leaving the fob in the cup holder like they used to do, the attendant actually handed it to me with bare hands. I feel like this dealership really doesn't get it and doesn't care about me and my wellbeing. More
I truly enjoyed the personal relationship. I never felt pressured and the feeling of making sure we got what we wanted appeared to be the goal not just the sale. Goran is an outstanding employee. The serviced department has had my car for a month, after it took me a month to get the car in serv Whatever you do avoid this dealer at all costs! The serviced department has had my car for a month, after it took me a month to get the car in service. The car has just been sitting...parts are not ordered nobody is working on it AND the only result so far is they backed into my car and damaged it. To make matters worse I have no answer as to when or if its getting fixed, no dates... nothing. Update: 2/21/2020 I pull my car out of the dealership repaired from the accident that was caused to the front bumper and grill. Caused by Enterprise. I asked a dealership to let me take my car home to prevent any further damages. And if they would let me reschedule once the parts come in and my car can get worked on. Update: 3/3/2020 I just got off the phone with Derek the service manager and we’re now getting some traction. Parts are ordered and I’m scheduled to bring the car in on March 9 2020 for the repairs and initial reason why I brought the car in. As a sign of good faith Derek has agreed to help me with a solution in regards to some of the sticky buttons that are not covered under warranty. More

I have to admit that working on the hospitality business it was amazing to feel really welcome and not like another transaction. Eden from Orlando Infiniti in the Service Department, was not just profession it was amazing to feel really welcome and not like another transaction. Eden from Orlando Infiniti in the Service Department, was not just professional and to the point but the level of service, communication and the way that she make me feel like a VIP was incredible.
