Almost perfect. Manny is the best sales person I've ever worked with. He answers emails and phone calls in record time and I always had the feeling he had my needs an Manny is the best sales person I've ever worked with. He answers emails and phone calls in record time and I always had the feeling he had my needs and concerns as a priority. He was a gentleman at all times and never pushy. Sherrell was new at the dealership yet she did an excellent job answering all my specific questions about my new car and has one of the brightest smiles and attitudes you will ever encounter. The finance department was different. My contact did not return the message I left for him and with two other people. I finally had to call one of the managers, Nick, who apologized and answered my simple question in 30 seconds. If you're looking for a car get to Manny, the Internet manager, and I'm sure you won't be disappointed. He also has an excellent sense of humor and I never felt that because I was a woman I would be treated any different than a man. We women are always suspicious at a car dealership of that happening. Great Customer Service Chrysler @ West Orlando! Had to replace 4 tires, actually 3 but did 4 because I had a flat early this year and pep boy installed the wrong tire on my vehicle was not aware bec Had to replace 4 tires, actually 3 but did 4 because I had a flat early this year and pep boy installed the wrong tire on my vehicle was not aware because I thought they would be honest. So thanks for the coupons I was able to buy 3 and get one for a dollar. Had four wheel alignment, coupon came in handy as well also wiper blades replace and of course my oil change. I did not have to wait around because their was also a recall which the service advisor took care of with this visit, so I got a rental for a few hours until car was ready. More

It was great having a woman technician at the dealership and it made me feel very comfortable with the whole experience. More

Treated with dignity and respect! Where do I begin? I have purchased many cars, I have had many cars repaired, and many of these purchases and repairs have happened at dealerships. Where do I begin? I have purchased many cars, I have had many cars repaired, and many of these purchases and repairs have happened at dealerships. Unfortunately, most of these experiences, in fact, all but two have been horrendous to say the least. When I thought I was getting a fair deal I was being robbed, when I thought I was being appreciated I was being buttered up to make a sale or keep me "happy". I am sure most people reading this can relate in some way or another. I purchased my Patriot lightly used and within 6 months the transmission was failing on me, I originally took it to a Chrysler dealership, NOT Orlando Dodge, where I was told that what was needed was a computer update. Most importantly the vehicle was still under the power train warranty at this time. I trusted them and drove away. Within days the same problem was presenting itself, when I called back I was told that the vehicle was now out of warranty so if it was a transmission issue we would have to see if it could be covered. As you can imagine I felt so mistreated by this response, so being short on funds and with no trust left for this place I continued to drive the vehicle gently thinking their was no hope for fixing it now that it was out of warranty. Over a year later I was speaking with a mechanic friend and he said I should talk to Chrysler... So I did and I went to Orlando Dodge... At Orlando Dodge I was met by the Owner Mike, the Service Director Bryan, and the tech Luis in the drive up. They listened to my whole story which is much lengthier than this. When the computer didn't pull up any codes, Bryan hopped in the car with me to hear and feel what I had been dealing with for almost 2 years. After 5 minutes, "he had heard and felt enough." Orlando Dodge then proceeded to work with me and Chrysler to get this over $6,000.00 repair covered as it should have been fixed when I brought it in originally at the "Other Chrysler dealership" almost 2 years earlier. Bryan and Mike both swung the bat for me and worked to get the repair costs down to little to nothing which I was so moved and appreciative of. I was driving a ticking time bomb and their was no financial way I could have ever fixed it had it not been for the character of these men. They went over and beyond any normal call of duty in this situation. They didn't have to inherit my vehicle problem, they didn't have to do anything to be honest, but they did and they worked with me to the very end, accommodating me at every turn to ensure that I took home a vehicle that would run safely for years to come and that I could afford it. Mike, the Owner, stayed involved in the process to the very end and him and Bryan were always available to me. During this entire process they made me feel like I was their only priority and client. That is customer service and integrity at its best! These folks at Orlando Dodge are truly unique to this industry, they operated with grace, they showed an unprecedented kindness to me and a true concern for my situation. I can not say enough about how amazing I was treated. My Patriot now has a new lease on life and I have now found a place to bring my business for years to come. As you all now, to find a group like this is like a needle in a haystack. I can't say it enough, what they did for me was not at all their responsibility but they inherited my problems happily and did everything they could to help me, truly unfounded and rare in this industry. I wish all the best and pray that God continues to bless this business. More
