The most unhinged dealership. . Found a used car for sale on their website I was interested in purchasing. Arrived to test drive and they couldn't find it, and weren't even sure th . Confused as to how they could lose a vehicle, I humored them and discussed pricing contingent upon seeing the vehicle. They were able to locate it in a locked garage on-site, saying its being fixed due to cosmetic damage, but we will have the car ready "tomorrow" for the price agreed. This is where it gets insane. Called the next day to follow up, and they tell me the car is gone, sold to auction THAT MORNING. Strange, but it is what it is. Get a call about an hour later from someone saying its there! At this point, were so confused we have no idea what's going on. After the person on the phone explains it runs and looks great, they then proceed to tell us "oh, but it has a salvage title." And that's where they lost our business. They were going to put us in a salvage title vehicle and see if we were stupid enough to fall for it, and make a quick buck on us for not knowing. They work on some shady and unhinged practices, and I wouldn't shop or recommend this dealership for any purchase. But don't worry; as we were shopping for a large 7-seat SUV, they made sure to offer us a Honda Civic instead. More

My appointment time was at 10am. I couldn't get anyone to help me until 10:20am. I was told my car would be done in 90 minutes. It is now after 1pm, I cannot get through to ANY service staff, much less my "designated advisor" (Francheska), despite trying for an hour, and I have to pick my kids up from school. (Which I informed the staff of up front.) Last time, my car was missing somehow until 9pm. This place is completely horrible, and no one should ever give them service business. More

It is impossible to overstate how bad the service department is at this dealership. There is no management or adult supervision. Calls are never returned or even routed properly. They expect you to drop your car off with no timeline or expectation of when you will get it back. The new ownership and GM have no sense of how to operate a modern dealership. Take your business elsewhere. There are too many better options than to waste time with this noise. More
Good luck getting assistance/service once the deal is closed (2022 Jeep Wrangler Sahara). I’m keeping a call log. No one can ever return my call to schedule service. After 2 weeks of calling I drove to dealership to speak to svc mgr. He said “I’ll call you no later than 10am” next day. Here’s my notes so far: *Called July 19th @10:34a “will have our mgr call when he is out of meeting” No one called. *Called again 7/22/22 @ 9:34a: “Very busy, will have Svc dept call you back” *Called 7/27/22 @11:41a Asked who I was speaking to. His name was “Ethan” (very bizarre phone call.. kept apologizing for losing his train of thought..?) Ethan said no one could take my call at this time, but he’d have Phil or Bill return my call. They did not call. *Called again 8/01/22 @ 9:51am: “Ethan” answered again. Said no one was available to take my call. He transferred me to a manager voicemail named “Brian”. Left message on Brian’s voicemail to callback (I found out later this “Brian” no longer worked there). No call was returned. *Called again 8/01/22 @ 11:16a spoke to “Ethan” again. He confirmed that the # I had been calling was associated with correct dealership address. Asked who Brian Mkanahan was. Ethan said he “quit” and Bryon Gordon (new mgr) uses his voicemail now. Ethan also said I had been assigned to a Svc advisor who had also quit. Ethan used the word “xxxx show” to describe what’s happening at dealership. (I said “you’re exactly right”) He put me on hold and the said he contacted Wanda and said “she will call you back”. 8/01/22 drove to dealership after work (since Wanda did not return call). I arrived around 4pm. Spoke to a salesman 1st & then finance guy Isaac. Ethan’s mom in finance brought over a paper showing the Honda had not been paid off until 8/01/22 (that very afternoon). I took copy of these papers. I then went to service dept and spoke with Bryon Gordon (mgr svc). He assured me he’d call me by 10am next day to schedule requested work “after he does some research”. I did not get that call back. 8/03/22 Still waiting for Bryon in svc dept to call back. I waited several more days & attempted again on 8th Aug. 8/09/22 @ 13:34p: Called the direct line for Bryon Gordon. No answer, but got text back: “Call you right back in meeting”. Still no call back or text by 15:10pm.. 8/03/22 @ 15:15pm I text him a reminder to call me. Bryon texts back he’s still in a corporate meeting.. will have someone “research what’s going on” & will have someone call me. I reminded him that HE was the one who took the photos of Jeep issues on 8/01/22. He says he will contact Jeep corporate again about the leather issue. And says he’ll contact me when they respond. As this was just 1 of the issues for repair, everything else is being put on hold as well. More
