I knew what I wanted and your dealership had it and it was just a matter of coming together with a price that I felt comfortable with. Best of all there was no time wasted after I agreed to the deal and I was on the road with my new truck within the hour. More

Service Good could be better. My problem got fixed, and it was covered under warranty. If I would have left then my experience would have been 5 stars, but the service advisor told My problem got fixed, and it was covered under warranty. If I would have left then my experience would have been 5 stars, but the service advisor told me that he recommend that my 2014 Challenger with 25,000 mile should get a differential fluid change, and a brake job. my Dodge handbook says the differential fluid should be changed at 48,000 miles. And my brakes are fine. So he was trying to sell services that I didn't need. And that's why I would not recommend your service to a old woman that knows very little about cars. I called parts department about getting a back-up camera installed because the blind spots and rear seat makes backing up a bear. Parts told me my make and year can't have a back-up camera installed in it. I went to Next audio, and they scheduled me to have my camera installed next week. If you guys want to make more money instead of doing services I don't need you could have done the camera job, and made money that way. Also why can't your dealership install a Cam, and Stall converter on my car. I used to own a Mustang, and it was easy and cheap to find places that did after market work on the car. Dodge is expensive, and there is only 1 guy in Longwood that does aftermarket work on Dodge. And he is very expensive. Other than that my experience at your dealership was great.
