Too Unprofessional Autobutler experience. December booked an appointment, verified day b4 & Hour b4 the day of, drove 30 miles & then was told - No! Too cold. No apologies, nothing. Tried 4x to get service mgr to call & reset appt. Blew Me Off Each time. It Took a call from Toyota Corporate Supervisor to Finally pressure service dept to respond yesterday. Still no call or apology from the manager - too scared or embarrassed I guess, but Devin, service rep, called & got it done. Fast. Thanx. You'd think they'd care more because I bought the RAV4 Hybrid From Them, & Paid Cash, but NOOOOOOOO! I will Never Go Back except to finish my Autobutler services. Warning - every time I went in for previous Autobutler appointments, they tried to bill me for other services that I didn't need or Were Still Covered Under My Warranty. I arrived at the service rep area with a request to have a replacement key made. I can hardly remember being treated as rudely by a service rep., one who wouldn't even look up from his computer to talk to a replacement key made. I can hardly remember being treated as rudely by a service rep., one who wouldn't even look up from his computer to talk to me. He acted like he was doing me a favor by . When I watched my car from behind the service area window, he came in and told me (not asked me) sit in the the customer service area. The other 2-3 service reps were just lazily sitting around and joking, like it was a boys club. I got a form letter text from rep "Benjamin" asking me to contact him at anytime if I had any questions. I texted back asking how long it was going to take to make and program my key. I received no response, so I went back into the service rep area and asked the same rep. the question directly. He refused to look up from his computer and wouldn't answer. Finally, one of the other reps said it would take about an hour because they can't rush the computer when programming a key. About 15 minutes later, the rep came into the customer service area and said my key was ready. He led me to the cashier. I politely said thank you to him, and he left the room without acknowledging my appreciation or even looking at me. I then paid the cashier what I considered a to be a substantial sum. It may be just me, but I remember when service reps thanked the customers for bringing them my business. Since the service reps at Orland Toyota don't seem to appreciate my business, I will be taking it elsewhere in the future. More
