Dealership doesn't seem to care about anything I have a new car and and have had a couple of minor issues. They have never been able to fix the problem with one visit and I constantly have to come I have a new car and and have had a couple of minor issues. They have never been able to fix the problem with one visit and I constantly have to come back. The last issue I told them about they told me it was working fine and I needed to contact Sirius, I did and they told me it was a car problem and to take it into my dealer. I called them and expressed my concern about this. The GM's response to this was "We have decided you should take the cars somewhere else and as they do not want to have a business relationship with me anymore." When I asked the manager why he couldn't give me much of a reason expect that I called corporate about them and that basically because of that they no longer want to deal with me. Also, on one of my visits I heard the service reps talking about me when I came in. The rep actually told me that I gave them bad score and it cost the 800 dollars. I have never been put in that much of a awkward situation in my whole life. More

Only online showed S model available for lease, Thomas informed me that the Corolla LE in Slate Gray that I was wanting was available for lease and after a quick discussion with Thomas and finance we had the deal sealed. Thomas set-up my Bluetooth and showed me the rest of the cars features, I am impressed. Thomas is a VERY knowledgeable and friendly dealer, I'll be looking for Thomas when we trade my wife's car in next year. More

My husband and I bought our Toyota Camry from Chris Fischer in 2012. At the time of purchase he sank my cell phone to the car. MI feel that Al is very helpful. I was having trouble with the phone feature with my Camry and Al fixed it. He also showed us how to use the many other features on the car. I came to this Toyota dealership along with several others in search of buying a car. I talked to Chris Fischer concerning a vehicle. Ultimately, I did buy a Toyota but not from this dealership. A month after purchasing a car I had a sync issue with my car system and cell phone. I happened to be in the Orland area and figured I may be able to get help from one of the tech people. I thought that they may help even though I did not get my vehicle at this dealership. My thought was that they still represent the brand and I may consider them to service my new Toyota. I asked a person to help sync my phone and the person went out to help me. When he was in my vehicle helping me, Chris Fischer abruptly stuck his head in the window and told the person not to help me because I did not get my Toyota at their dealership. I asked Chris was he joking and he said he was not. I promptly went inside and asked for the manager. I began to explain my issue to the manager but asked could we talk privately. He said that he had end of the month paperwork to do and could not. I left the dealership feeling bad and disrespected. It was like Mr. Fischer was bitter toward me. I have bought two cars from Toyota spending over $60,000 and have never been treated so bad by a vendor. I would not recommend this dealership or Orland Toyota to anyone. I am certainly going to follow up with Toyota as high as I can go until I get satisfaction. I have a 2012 Toyota XLE that I am proud of, but this incident leaves a bad taste in my mouth. More
