Repair Department Showed up 1 week before my scheduled appt & not only did they fit me in but serviced my vehicle in 1 hour. I was treated like a valued customer & was Showed up 1 week before my scheduled appt & not only did they fit me in but serviced my vehicle in 1 hour. I was treated like a valued customer & was told by Jose that of course they could fit me in, then he called me as so as my car was ready. When I picked it up it was sparkling clean because Jose asked if I’d like it washed when I dropped it off so I left the Service Department yet again very satisfied. I’ve been trying to talk my husband into buying a Toyota because I am so happy with my 2014 Avalon & your Service Department. Excellent service. Jim at Orland Park Toyota provided excellent service from the time I called to make my appointment. I had to have brakes replaced as well as some other things and he recommended leaving it over night. I was offered a complimentary vehicle which was awesome, since I needed to go to work that evening. The car was completed promptly and the price was fair. I would definitely recommend Jim and this dealership. More

Excellent Service I was greeted when I brought the car in for routine service. He could have been a little more appreciative, but I was told that someone would be with I was greeted when I brought the car in for routine service. He could have been a little more appreciative, but I was told that someone would be with me. He said that it would be a long wait as they were very busy. I waited just a few minutes when I was greeted by Tim, who took my information and asked me if an hour and a half wait was ok. It was , so I went to the showroom to wait, I was comfortable with the TV and coffee. The time passed quickly and less than an hour later, Tim came for me and I was walking to the parking lot. It's still difficult to find the car, but I located it on the side of the building and drove off. Much better service than last time which is why I rated this excellent, but I still don't understand why the porter does not bring me my car as the Bettenhausen Dealership does. The porters don't look overworked as they sit by the door. More
