Does one need to make an appointment??? Before going on a trip, I called to make an appointment and had to wait 4 days (one was a Sunday) to get my car serviced. Usually, I can get an appoin Before going on a trip, I called to make an appointment and had to wait 4 days (one was a Sunday) to get my car serviced. Usually, I can get an appointment within a day or two, To be on the safe side, I took our other car on the trip. I took the car in for an oil change and a wash. They, also, rotated the tires. They had my car for well over an hour and a half. How much of that time was spent working on my car I do not know. I have, often, done all three jobs on my other cars (including topping off the fluids) in much less time. I'm wondering if one needs to even make an appointment. Can one just drive up and get service? If so, are those with appointments serviced first?? More

Great Brought car in for 2 recall notices. Was originally told it would be all day. They were going to provide a loaner, which was nice. When I arrived, the Brought car in for 2 recall notices. Scheduled 1 year service check. Service dept. accommodated my 1 year check as scheduled. Thanks. When I purchased my new 2017 RAV 4 last years I paid a doc fee. Only problem way the Service dept. accommodated my 1 year check as scheduled. Thanks. When I purchased my new 2017 RAV 4 last years I paid a doc fee. Only problem way the sales processor got my home town wrong. I went back to the dealership and was told to call Toyota and Toyota Finance to fix it. I also had to contact the Secy. of State of IL twice to have my registration corrected. I wonder why I had to do all this since I paid a significant doc fee and the errors were dealer created ! Bad first experience to say the least. More
