Probably last time So I’ve been to this dealer a few times the past few years. Not to say it’s worse than any other dealer for maintenance or repair but each time seems So I’ve been to this dealer a few times the past few years. Not to say it’s worse than any other dealer for maintenance or repair but each time seems to add more trouble and cost that I start questioning what they see as a problem so two days ago I had them do another simple oil change. They called saying tire had a leak and needs to be replaced. I decided to go to two other tire shop and Costco. Costco told me that dealer didn’t even bother to take tire off to check. No issues. Second and third. They both told me no issues with tire. I’ve came out of the dealership each time with my mph switched to kph. Simple button switched but whoever keeps messing with it bothers me. The car also feels a bit off each time as well. Only happens at the dealership in Orland Park. Every time I go just feels like I keep getting hustled. Elmhurst Toyota dealership has been a better experience but too far from my house to go each time. Either way, think this will be the last I go to do checks or maintenance of my vehicle. More
