This is my second experience of negligence on their part. The 1st one was with my Sienna as they failed to tighten the lugs in one wheel and my minivan started to shake while I was in the highway. It’s why I buy Toyotas only and only from them—your car is only as good as the service it gets. I’ve been going there for a good 20 years or more and have never been disappointed. More
