Dear Mr. Fischer, I’m very sorry to hear about your experience. Our objective is to always exceed our customers expectations. Four months ago you purchased an eleven year old vehicle (2007) with approximately 135,000 miles “As Is” with no warranty having been expressed or implied. At that time the vehicle showed no signs of having any transmission issues. On the day of purchase you were also given the opportunity of acquiring optional mechanical breakdown coverage which you declined. Regardless, I understand your frustration given the amount of time you’ve owned the vehicle. Please contact me if you would like to discuss further.
