Service department Always good service upon which I can rely, primarily because of my trust in Jim Faciana and now Dan Schnur. Over 20 years of experience with them. What I do NOT like is the excessive electronic contact from the dealership. I do not want text reminders. I do not want texted receipts in addition to the written ones handed to me when I pay. I especially do not want incessant, repetitive emailed or texted surveys. And I do not want anything sent to me at 11 PM! More

The problem was we messed up the computer when we jump started it. And it will cost me $1,600 to replace it. Jose, the agent, updates me on the status of work almost everyday. I was happy when I got a called from him that they tried rebooting the computer again and was successful @ this time. That saved me a lot of money. Jose was so professional in dealing with this. More

Our Loyalty was Rewarded Even though the repair that our van needed was no longer until warranty, the service center employees were able to get us a great deal because we are Even though the repair that our van needed was no longer until warranty, the service center employees were able to get us a great deal because we are loyal customers who choose to maintain and service our car at the dealership. The initial consultation did not take very long, and they washed the car for us. A part needed to be ordered to complete the repair, but it was in two days later. We were only without our van for a day and a loaner was given to my husband. They also took care of a passenger side airbag recall at the same time. Overall, it was a great experience. More

He was able to drive in as he got there but stood there for over 20 minutes before he was acknow My husband brought my car in on a Saturday afternoon. He was able to drive in as he got there but stood there for over 20 minutes before he was acknowledge by anyone or checked in. Several cars came in after and were taken before. He was told they were short because a mechanic went to lunch. This was the first time on a Saturday. Never again. Otherwise all was great. Completed sooner than promised. More
My expereince with this service center is never consistent. This was a very bad experience with the service center this Saturday. When I arrived 20 minutes early for my appointment I explained to my representat This was a very bad experience with the service center this Saturday. When I arrived 20 minutes early for my appointment I explained to my representative Daniel Schnur that I also had concerns about my car shaking and my back door locks not working. I was told to check these items would cost and additional $159 each. It seemed as if he was annoyed the entire check in process. I advised that my battery was low on my key and asked about a replacement. Daniel gave the price. After reconsidering, I asked if he could add the battery to my repairs. He literally laid back, rolled his eyes and said he would have to go back and change the invoice. He was so bothered I said never mind I will get it somewhere else. I waited until 12:52pm (1 hour and 52 minutes only received an oil change) and went to ask on the status of my car which was already sitting outside. I asked why the delay he said he was checking on prices for tires. I truly don't know how long my car had been sitting there ready to go. He then sent me a report via email. Daniel never reviewed my repairs with me and ask if I wanted to get any of the recommendations completed during my visit. Which I would have done. I was never even offered to put in a new filter these were all things on the report but never told directly to me. I received really bad service this time but I have also received great service as well at this location. The service representatives really need to understand good customer service. I was really disappointed and don't plan on coming back any time soon. My entire interaction with Daniel felt like I was bothering him this is unacceptable and unprofessional. More
Fantastic Service. Awesome service once again. Stopped in a few days early and the service team did a quick minute fix for a fuse. Then came in couple days later my re Awesome service once again. I was met by a smiling Jim Ficiana who greeted me and updated his records using his iPad (which I like very much - technology). He directed my wife and I to the customer waiting area where we thought would be an endless "black-hole" waiting to hear of any updates. Well low and behold Jim notified me by text letting me know that a recommendation for a brake fluid change, which I agreed too. Upon completion Jim again text me letting me know my car was done. Paid him at his station and off we went. Simple, informative and treated with courtesy. Awesome. Nice job. More
