All Toyota representatives were professional and friendly. A service man greeted me then filled engine fluids. Anthony took info on the car and said updates will be provided. I had an appointment for service 2/15/2023. The tires were rotated and a complimentary Multi-Point Inspection was done. The initial person I dealt with Ben Krause was great…no issues. When I came to pick up my car Ben was in the phone with a customer. It is very unfortunate that alot of my time has been wasted and the problem is not unresolved and now I have to spend more money. I scheduled an appointment to have my radio serviced because It is not w wasted and the problem is not unresolved and now I have to spend more money. I scheduled an appointment to have my radio serviced because It is not working properly. Unfortunately my radio is still not functioning properly after 2 visits so now I have to drive and wait another 3-4 hours to have an additional part replaced that has yet to arrive. Alot of my time has been dedicated to an unresolved issue. It would have been nice if my vehicle was thoroughly inspected the first time so we could have avoided this situation. More
