I would like to comment that the salesman, Alan Krajewski, did an absolutely wonderful job in all aspects of my recent transaction. This is the sixth Toyota that I have bought from this dealership, and Al is one of the main reasons that I keep coming back to this dealership. His willingness to go that "extra mile" to get what the customer wants is rare in this day and age. He is certainly an asset to your company. I know that I will be going back to Orland Toyota in the future after this pleasant car buying experience. I have recommended Al and this dealership to others, and will continue to do so. More

Al Krajewski is an incredible employee. He is knowledgeable, pleasant to work with and goes above and beyond what is expected of him. He is the reason we have purchased many cars at Orland Toyota knowledgeable, pleasant to work with and goes above and beyond what is expected of him. He presents the facts concerning the vehicle a person might be interested in, listens to what the customer says and finds the car that matches what the customer wants. He makes himself available before, during and AFTER the sale, making sure the customer is satisfied in every way.When bringing a car back for any service at Orland Toyota, he always greets us in a way that makes us want to keep returning to Orland Toyota. Al and I go back over 30 years as we were we in school together. My family has purchased several cars and I have referred friends to Orland Toyota. They are very honest in their business dealings. I have purchased a 2012 Prius, having owned a 2006 prior. Toyota does a wonderful job with the Prius. It is superbly crafted. When I am ready for my next car, I will call Al Krajewski at Orland Toyota because he was attentive and as usuasl gives great customer service that goes above and beyond your expectations. More
My husband and I wanted to purchase a used Toyota Camry. The last Toyota I purchased was from Toyota on Western but Orland Toyota is closer so we thought we would try it out. I looked online first to see what was available. When we got to the dealership, Ty showed us all of the used vehicles but I didn't see the one that I had taken and interest in online. I asked Ty about it and he found it on the lot and had it ready for us to take a test drive in no time. It drove great and I fell in love with it the minute I got in. We got back to the dealership and Ty worked with us and made the paperwork a breeze. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and the car was cleaned up and ready for us to go in no time. I drove it home and can say this was the lease painful car buying experience we have had in awhile. We will definitely recommend Orland Toyota to our family and friends and especially Ty Martin. This was the most satisfying auto-shopping experience of my life. Mr. Fischer was relaxed and incredibly knowledgeable. The most important part for me was being able to come in and tell them what I wanted without having to deal with intense sales pressure or gimmicks. Not once did I feel uncomfortable or pressured to make a buying decision. I shopped around at other dealers but came back because they were willing to give me the price and rate I wanted. I ended up with an amazing deal on the exact car I wanted. During the process, I didn't receive a bunch of sales intensive phone calls or e-mails from Mr. Fischer or the dealer. This was not the case with other dealerships. I would highly recommend Mr. Fischer and this dealership for your next vehicle purchase. I can't stress enough how relaxed and easy the entire process was. More

He didn't pressure me in purchasing the vehicle, but his knowledge, the car's appearance and performance sold me. Tom Moore, manager, was extremely helpful in getting me an outstanding deal. I paid less for the car than I had originally planned, and I have the accessories that I wanted. Al Perry, business manager, took the time to explain the advantages and the importance of Toyota's Extra Care. It was an excellent experience. More

I came to this Toyota dealership along with several others in search of buying a car. I talked to Chris Fischer concerning a vehicle. Ultimately, I did buy a Toyota but not from this dealership. A month after purchasing a car I had a sync issue with my car system and cell phone. I happened to be in the Orland area and figured I may be able to get help from one of the tech people. I thought that they may help even though I did not get my vehicle at this dealership. My thought was that they still represent the brand and I may consider them to service my new Toyota. I asked a person to help sync my phone and the person went out to help me. When he was in my vehicle helping me, Chris Fischer abruptly stuck his head in the window and told the person not to help me because I did not get my Toyota at their dealership. I asked Chris was he joking and he said he was not. I promptly went inside and asked for the manager. I began to explain my issue to the manager but asked could we talk privately. He said that he had end of the month paperwork to do and could not. I left the dealership feeling bad and disrespected. It was like Mr. Fischer was bitter toward me. I have bought two cars from Toyota spending over $60,000 and have never been treated so bad by a vendor. I would not recommend this dealership or Orland Toyota to anyone. I am certainly going to follow up with Toyota as high as I can go until I get satisfaction. I have a 2012 Toyota XLE that I am proud of, but this incident leaves a bad taste in my mouth. More
