This time, when we first contacted Al he did not have car that matched our needs in inventory. Al was honest about his selections and did not push us to buy something that wasn’t right. We went to some other dealers, but did not have nearly the comfort or trust we had with Al. We called Al and asked him to call us when he found the right car for us. A few days later, Al called with a great car at a good price. We would recommend that anybody who is in the market for a used car consider buying it from Al. More

However, I had recently wanted to purchase a Lex customers of Al Krajewski at Orland Toyota for many years, purchasing about 20 vehicles from him. However, I had recently wanted to purchase a Lexus IS250C convertible. None was to be found that had the accessories I wanted. As usual, I contacted our super salesman, Al Krajewski and he immediately got to work trying to locate one for me. It was because of his diligence and great teamwork with Jeff Kowalis, owner of Orland Toyota and Lexus of Orland that I got a sweet deal and am now the proud owner of the exact Lexus convertible I wanted. I was force into a contract, by Mr. Perry and the general manager at this dealership, going into this location I was taken advantage of , being a woman !. I bought a 06 Wrangler here last week. Beforehand, I'd been considering making the 4hr drive for it based on a verbal agreement with "Chris" that the sale included a soft top (a $800 value) and a hard top been considering making the 4hr drive for it based on a verbal agreement with "Chris" that the sale included a soft top (a $800 value) and a hard top. Due to the distance, the inclusion of the extra soft top was a big part of my interest. On the day I drove out there, Chris sheepishly tried to explain away how the soft top had been lost. I know it was an honest mistake... However, he went on to tell me that it's disappearance wasn't his fault. As he explained it to me, "managers can't babysit their employees". Sorry Chris, but as a manager, everything that negatively affects my experience at your establishment is your fault. Manager or not, having integrity in your words and actions is important. I expected him to go out of his way to give me a replacement top, a better deal on the selling price or, at the very least, a heartfelt apology. Instead, he continued to refuse to take responsibility for his team's mistake and told me to take the deal or leave it. He definitely didn't go out of his way for me. More

Toyota products have been very reliable for us, having owned various models since 1984. Since we favor Toyota autos, the one thing that is extremely important to us is the salesperson. We look for a person with integrity, a person that we can trust. We want someone who will not pressure us to buy, and who seems genuinely interested in us. Joe Spytek fits that description. From the time we drove into the dealership to the time that we drove the car away we felt that Joe had our best interest in mind. When we would ask questions we got accurate responses. When we asked about something that he was not sure about, his response was, "Let me check on that." He did in a timely manner and came back to us with the answer. We appreciated that he didn't try to make something up or give us a line (which has happened to us in the past when looking to purchase previous cars). We also appreciate the fact that we were given ample time to test drive the car, and given the space to discuss the car in private without feeling pressured. We know that the price was a fair one, and appreciate this. We added something to the car that required it to come back the next week. Joe set it all up with the service department and followed through with us about it. Purchasing the car from Joe Spytek was a very rewarding experience, one of which will happen again. We thank Joe for his knowledge of Toyotas, his caring nature, and the follow-up telephone calls inquiring about the car. Thank you! More
