No one really likes buying a car...but Tom Vaughan made it pretty painless! He did not pressure me, even after my second visit to test drive the Corolla. That is what brought me back. I bought a Toyota tundra from al krajewsi. He took the time to find the exact truck I wanted with all of the options and exact color I wanted. He was able to do a dealer trade from 50 miles away. They had the truck there for me to pick up within 24 hours after I gave him the exact description of what I wanted. We drove all the way from Indiana to see Al at Orland Toyota because I have bought a car from him before and we loved the service we got from Al and this dealership. I will definitely send anyone I know who wants a Toyota to this dealership. More
Arrived at 9:30 AM left at 6 PM. I think deal was ok. The price on Toyota Certified Used was lower than price on dealer website; they honored the price but refused to negotiate price that we had. The tire had plug in it, which there was no room for negotiation. Not to happy about that. I think tire got flat in parking lot from nails I saw with construction going on. I am not happy that cost of tire was passed onto me. Otherwise, a decent experience. More

During our car buying experience, my wife and I shopped around and visited many dealerships. I come to the belief that it is not the dealership, but the sales consultant that determines your experience. We around and visited many dealerships. I come to the belief that it is not the dealership, but the sales consultant that determines your experience. We got really lucky to have had John help and guide us along the way. He was friendly, informative, always had a smile, willing to work with you and not pushy. To sum it up.....John wanted to make sure you were happy buying the car and if you were not, then he didn't push you or make you jump into it, and that is how we wanted to feel when we left the dealer. We also dealt with Ron who got us a good deal on a back-up camera system for the car, which was an important safety feature we will enjoy. We also dealt with Al in the finance department. Things always seem to get a little uncomfortable when you start discussing money, and unfortunately for Al that is his area. But Al made our experience as smooth as possible........I can say great or easy since spending money is not always a great feeling. However, with a baby on the way and our budget getting a little tighter, I truly felt Al had our best interest in mind. My wife and I want to thank everyone involved at Orland Toyota/Scion for making our car buying experience enjoyable. More
I was shown a car and test drove it. We arrived at a price then was encouraged to take the extended warranty of 8 year or 100,000 miles which I did and signed the papers. While waiting I contacted my wife and and told her I went well over our agreed amount and tried to back out of deal. The manager worked with me to get me to a workable payment and I bought the car. I am very happy so far with the car and trust I get years of enjoyment of it. More
We walked in the dealership pretty late that day (45 minutes before closing). I didn't expect to get my car the same day. But they stayed late and helped me get the paperwork done and gave the car to me minutes before closing). I didn't expect to get my car the same day. He and Chris were able to locate the key and gave it to me when I went there to pay the car two days later. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would like to go back if I want to buy another car.
