My wife and I went in to Orland Toyota with an offer from another dealership on a 2013 Sienna XLE who didn't have the color we wanted. We were shopping for our first Toyota. Upon walking in, my wife and I were met immediately by John Bingham who promptly greeted us. We let him know what we were looking for and he immediately got to working for us. We had already test driven the car so that wasn't necessary even though he offered. After showing us a similar car, we sat down and talked numbers. Eventually, we got the offer from the other dealership matched. They didn't have the car in their inventory, but were able to obtain it within 24 hours. John was professional, courteous and prompt in dealing with us. Roxann the finance person was as well. She gave us the available maintenance and warranty information and was not at all pushy about it. Before leaving with our new car, John took some more time to show us how to use the various options in the car and was able to answer all our questions. We left happy customers. More

I've probably purchased 10 cars so far and last night was only the 2nd time I've purchased a vehicle on the 1st visit. The 1st time was the last time I bought a car from Orland Toyota. I ABSOLUTELY had no intentions of purchasing a vehicle yesterday, but that obviously changed. I first talked to internet salesman Billy Zayyad, told him I'd think about coming in tonight, which I did. The KINDNESS & FRIENDLINESS of Hector Torres & Al Krajewski were great. From the wonderful experience I had last time with Hector & Al this time made it even easier. Al's knowledge of the vehicles made it very easy to get questions asked and answered and saved everybody a lot of time. There was no haggling with Hector Torres or Sue Jimenez, just a great price and deal. The next thing I knew I was taking home a car for my daughter. Over all I got the car I wanted exceeding my my monthly price range but I trust that the finance department did the best they could do to get me into the car I wanted, after all it's all the I have to go on. The Dealership staff had a very welcoming vibe. I plan to return for service on my car just because of the welcoming staff. Marek was extremely helpful and overall extraordinary with his level of customer service.I entered the dealership to explore options, Marek the salesman was actually off for the day but offered to assist me while I drool over cars. I informed him that I wasn't really prepared to shop today but he still took the time to assist me, not like most salesman " no shop today" I won't waste my time is what the typical salesman would display. Instead Marek set with me and explained that they have second chance finance options, advising me that my credit may not be as bad a I thought. Marek introduced me to Guy ... also a friendly person, whom ran my credit and excitingly informed me that I could shop today if I wanted to. My overall experience was fabulous as I'm extremely happy with my purchase. I intend to tell everyone I know that's looking for a nice reliable car about my experience with Orland Toyota " ask for Marek " is what I will say.
