I called for an appointment and received a 9:30 Tuesday appointment. When arrived at 9;20 on Tuesday morning I was told my name was not on their list and would be treated as such. This is my worst deal with Toyota dealer. This is my 2nd purchase at this Toyota dealer in 1 year.
