I called ahead of time to see how long it would take to fix the break problem covered by warranty. I was told 45 minutes - 1 hour. It is a company fleet vehicle and I know of about 10 other nurses that got the repair done too and said it only took 45 minutes. I get there on the day of my appointment and am told that it would take half a day to a full day and was asked if I could drop it off. I planned 2 hours to make sure there was enough time and I had to work after that. They ended up working me in, but it was completely unacceptable to tell me one thing and then stress me out when I arrived to my appointment on time. I asked my colleagues what Toyota dealership they went to where they had no trouble and I will be making appointments with them from now on. More
