I was impressed by the thoughtful service of Joel Kitchen who helped me check in. Joel was friendly, attentive and thorough. I felt that in a calm manner he was really doing his best to help me make the right choices to get our car in top shape. It turned out the water pump needed to be replaced which took all day and he was still there when I came to pick up the Camry around 7:00pm. If you have "Employee of the Month" or something like it to honor your employees, I vote for Joel! More

Waiting Waiting Waiting I called for a shuttle ride at 3 pm. I tried to schedule it in advance. My car was completed and waiting for me. On top of that, our Toyota is the MOST RELIABLE vehicle we have EVER owned - you just don't want to know what we have been through with cars and dealers over the decades!
