We bought her car brand new with only 27 miles on it but someone had keyed near the back on the driver's side. We were told by the sales person, who goes by the name "Shrek", that he would have that taken care of and that the purchase price would be lowered. None of those things happened when we bought her car. More

Both times I had also set up appointments and came on time, so I would have expected someone ready for me when I got there, or at least an acknowledgement that I am there so that I know you know I am there.
