Problem with lock actuator I went in because my locks weren't working. They fixed the issue within the day, and provided a shuttle to and from work. That was a big help. My I went in because my locks weren't working. They fixed the issue within the day, and provided a shuttle to and from work. That was a big help. My customer service person was great. I'm just a little disappointed that I had to pay a deductible to use the warranty. But at least I had the warranty. And that's probably a Toyota issue, not a reflection on the dealership. More
