Although we loved the Toyota service there and were glad for the continuity and communication among the various Toyota dealerships, there is just a unique spirit of service, friendliness and personal caring at Brent Brown Toyota that we have never experienced anywhere else. Keep doing what you're doing - your loyalty to us makes us loyal to you. On top of that, our Toyota is the MOST RELIABLE vehicle we have EVER owned - you just don't want to know what we have been through with cars and dealers over the decades! Although it is true that the product itself makes a difference, the dealership and the service department are the real reasons folks buy what and where they do. Great 1st Experience I was so please with my experience. I was greeted as soon as someone was free, but I could see them talking with the car in front of me so I knew that I was so please with my experience. I was greeted as soon as someone was free, but I could see them talking with the car in front of me so I knew that they were working. I was then transferred to Manu, the service employee that I had an appointment with. This is my first car and I really had no idea what to expect, especially since I had to go to the dealership. I voiced my worries and inexperience and everyone was so nice and patient. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer what he thought the issue could be which was later confirmed by the mechanic. Then I stayed in the dealership until the diagnostic was done and simply asking for the wifi password was a simple and easy experience even though it was right in front of my face on the wall. I was happy that I had a great first experience. I was treated so kindly, with patience and understanding and I am grateful that I can trust my nearest dealership to deal fairly and honestly with me. Even when some delays occurred at the end I could tell they were doing everything they could to help me and so I could calmly wait. More

Exceptional service I was initially met by Casandra and then referred to Josh. John then finalized the paperwork. I was initially told it would be an extended wait. While waiting, I spoke to both Brent and Drew Brown, who greeted me politely and offered assistance. These are good men and I consider both of them friends. My wait was supposed to be over an hour. It ended up being around 40 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised. The car was in good shape and I felt I had really been treated like a superstar. Thanks for making me feel special!
