I was impressed by the thoughtful service of Joel Kitchen who helped me check in. Joel was friendly, attentive and thorough. I felt that in a calm manner he was really doing his best to help me make the right choices to get our car in top shape. It turned out the water pump needed to be replaced which took all day and he was still there when I came to pick up the Camry around 7:00pm. If you have "Employee of the Month" or something like it to honor your employees, I vote for Joel! More

Had to pay for that bit (as I was originally only going to have the safety and emissions done and that was complementary), but I am glad that she was looking out for the well-being of my car.
