I've been a single parent for several years now and I didn't realize how much I've sacrificed and how much we've gone without . Purchasing this car has been a life changing experience for my family. Brent Browns sales associates (Shad & Sean) were fantastic to work with even though I was huge pain in the Butt! Your lender was fantastic & got me into the car even with my not so perfect credit. I just hit 5000 miles and I called hoping to get my vehicle serviced and the staff on very short notice squeezed me in to there very hectic schedule and got me in and out of there In under 30 minutes . Great service, a bit longer than expected. I came in for routine service, oil and inspection. Turns out my vehicle was out of alignment and was charged $100 which I didn't expect and was quite I came in for routine service, oil and inspection. Turns out my vehicle was out of alignment and was charged $100 which I didn't expect and was quite surprised. Overall I was treated very well though what was supposed to be an hour long appointment turned nearly a 2 hour visit and greatly hurt my day at work. I was told to expect an hour and then when the alignment was out they said to expect another little bit, but didn't think it would be nearly another hour. I do love the dealership, but that was an unpleasant part of the visit. More

Always excellent service led by Mike Black My service experiences have always been exceptional because my rep has always been Mike but found out he is now in charge so was referred to Casandra My service experiences have always been exceptional because my rep has always been Mike but found out he is now in charge so was referred to Casandra who was to take charge of my list of needs and my tech was Mike Budd. Almost all items were completed except for those that had to be ordered that they were unaware of in advance and one problem that we are working on in conjunction with an outside vendor to see where the problem really lies. That will be be determined in the coming weeks. Excellent service and Casandra went over and above to help me get things handled. Love working with this service center. A++ as always Mike. More
Honest communication I went in for an oil change with my 20 mo old daughter. Alec checked us in and explained what was going to happen and how long we would be waiting. He told us about an hour and at most an hour and a half. 40 minutes later he came and found us. I was so pleased to they got done early. Alec clearly communicated what had been done to my car.
