I had an appointment for a regular servicing. Dropping off my car went very well. I was offered a shuttle ride home since the service was major and estimated to take 3 hours. At about the 3 hour mark I was called by my service advisor, told my car was finished and he arranged to have the shuttle pick me up and taken back to the dealership. He helped me take care of all my needs, and even offered extra help to get me where I needed to go - Such as offering a car to borrow. Now this might not be one of the normal ways companies do things, but that is why Josh at Brent Brown is above and beyond the typical expectations of a car service department. More
