They initially told me they would not be able to get to it till possibly the next day but an hour or so later the called me and had found the problem. I was expecting a bad battery pack and we had discussed that as a possibility but it was something else. I don't like dealing with dealerships but Mike has made my experience better More

He reviewed what services needed to be performed, explained what one of them was, and promised to let me know ahead of time if my car would not be ready by 9:45, so I could make my 10am appointment elsewhere. My car was ready by the time I needed to leave and I felt so well treated. I work in a customer service organization and feel like this was one of the best customer service experiences I've had since the last time I was at the dealership. Thank you! More
