I was a tow truck operator for AM/PM Towing and now I'm a mechanic at Jiffy L I've dealt with Brent Brown Toyota for awhile usually for work purposes. I was a tow truck operator for AM/PM Towing and now I'm a mechanic at Jiffy Lube on Freedom Blvd in Provo, I've always had great interaction with all the employees. I've met Brent's family and I had the opportunity to tow Brent's fire truck he got from Japan to get it restored. Exceptional customer service. More

Quieting the shimmy There is no convenient time for car trouble. My FJ developed a shimmy after a tire rotation at a local lube place. It was getting worse. It could have been a been a serious and expensive bearing, or a simple alignment issue. I brought my laptop and worked comfortably from the waiting area, while they diagnosed and fixed my car.. The free wifi and tables turned an inconvenient visit into valuable work time. in the end, it was tires and alignment. John is honest, friendly, and caring. He made sure I got the service that was necessary. I appreciate the honesty at Brent Brown and the quality customer service. They do, however, need more outlets in their waiting area. More
